The focal spot diameter should be as small as possible to produce a narrow slit; the focal spot diameter is proportional to the focal depth of the focusing lens, and the smaller the focal depth of the focusing lens, the smaller the focal spot diameter.
Secondly, the distance of the nozzle, the distance between the workpiece and the nozzle also affects the power reduction of the fiber laser cutting power. If the distance is too far, it will cause unnecessary kinetic energy. If the distance is too close, it will affect the dispersing ability of the spattered and cut products. The suitable distance is 0.8mm. In addition, the fiber laser cutting and cutting machine is mainly used to cut the surface of the workpiece. Followed by the conditioning, the height of the nozzle and the workpiece must be consistent throughout the operation.
Again, the cutting speed, the cutting speed has a great influence on the power of the fiber laser cutting, and the cutting speed is proportional to the power of the fiber laser cutting. If the thickness of the processed material is added, the gas pressure should be appropriately lowered when the cutting speed is slow, and the lower gas pressure can be used to prevent the edge from being frosted.
Finally, the laser power, if the first four items have been removed, it is considered that the laser power is reduced. Any piece of equipment will exhibit some parts aging after long-term use.
